Original Addon

I recompiled into gnome and did some material edit and added $ambientboost in the qc so that the gnome is more visible in the dark.

Halo is now glow-in-the-dark, so gnomes in campaigns are slightly easier to find.

No reply when requested for a permission, and I realized that permissions are for frogs.
