Refined upgraded Assailant Astro Toilet

(Thanks to krodgers74 for the idea) The Imperator Astro toilet decided that the Assailant was too weak and almost useless. But instead of discarding him the Imperator astro toilet gave him some low level upgrades and turned him into a scout.
