Introduction
This guide explains every possible effect the Science Crinkle, Science Waffle and Science Cone Trinkets can have in alphabetical order. All information are taken from the Grounded Fandom, I just wanted to have it more accessible in-game so I made this guide. Keep in mind that not every effect can appear on a Science Crinkle or Waffle. If anything's wrong, you got additional information you think should be added or I simply made a typo, feel free to let me know.

Ant Damage
Increases damage against all ants by 30%.
Aphkid
Aphids won't run away from the player.
Sussie
Arcane Archer
Hits with elemental arrows (spicy, fresh, sour, salty) decrease the target's elemental resistances by 50% for 10 seconds. I don't know if it only applies to the resistance against the element of the shot arrow and if it can inflict weaknesses if the creature is already neutral/weak to the element.
Arrow Refund
Bows and crossbows have a 30% chance per shot to not consume ammo.
Attack Stamina
Decreases stamina cost of attacking by 25%.
Black Ant Damage
Increases damage against Black Worker Ants and Black Soldier Ants by 30%.
Black Widow Damage
Increases damage against Black Widows by 30%.
Blastwave
All player summons have a 25% chance to cause an explosion when hitting an enemy, dealing 70 explosive damage to everything in its radius except for the summon itself, but including players.
Block Strength
Increases the block gauge by 100. (You can block more damage before getting stunned.)
Block Stun
Blocking inflicts 3 stun to the attacker.
Boss Damage
Increases damage against all bosses by 30%. Does not apply to the Termite King.
Bow Attack Minor
Increases damage dealt with bows and crossbows by 10%.
Bow Attack Major
Increases damage dealt with bows and crossbows by 25%.
Bow Attack Best
Increases damage dealt with bows and crossbows by 50%.
Broodmother Damage
Increases damage against the Hedge Broodmother by 30%. Does not apply to the Infected Broodmother.
Crit Damage Up Minor
Increases damage of critical hits by 20%.
Crit Damage Up Major
Increases damage of critical hits by 40%.
Crit Damage Up Best
Increases damage of critical hits by 60%.
Crit Daze
Critical hits reduce enemies movement and attack speed by 20% for a short time.
Critical Hit Chance
Increases critical hit chance by 5%.
Damage Resist
Decreases all damage taken by 50%.
Defense Event Attack
Increases damage during Factional Raids and MIX.Rs by 100%, including the JavaMatic Event.
Dust Guard
Provides immunity to the movement and attack speed reduction caused by the dust cloud attacks of Termite Soldiers, Moths and Dust Mites. Does not protect from the gas in the Haze and from Stinkbug and Green Shield Bug attacks.

Effortless Arrows
Bow and crossbow attacks decrease exhaustion recovery time by 75% for 5 seconds.
Exhaustion Recovery
Decreases exhaustion recovery time by 25%.
Explosive Resist
Decreases damage taken from explosions by 50%.
Finale Bleed
The third hit of every combo inflicts Bleed, dealing 5 damage / second for 7 seconds. Only applies to weapons with a 3-hit combo.
Finale Block Surge
The third hit of every combo decreases the block gauge's built up stun by 25. Only applies to weapons with a 3-hit combo.
Finale Crit Surge
The third hit of every combo increases critical hit chance by 2%. This effect stacks with itself until a critical hit is triggered, in which case it resets. Only applies to weapons with a 3-hit combo.
Finale Damage
Increases the damage of the third hit of every combo by 25%. Only applies to weapons with a 3-hit combo.
Finale Fury
The third hit of every combo increases attack speed by 20% for a short time (?). Only applies to weapons with a 3-hit combo.
Finale Goo
The third hit of every combo shoots a stream of goo, dealing 25 generic damage and reducing the target's movement speed by 50% (?) and attack speed by 20% (?). Only applies to weapons with a 3-hit combo.
Finale Stamina Surge
The third hit of every combo instantly gives 25 stamina. Only applies to weapons with a 3-hit combo.
Food Generation
Passively fills the player's food bar by 10 every minute.
Fresh Attack
Attacks inflict 15 extra fresh damage. Does not apply to bows and crossbows.
Fresh Damage Up Minor
Increases fresh damage by 10%.
Fresh Damage Up Major
Increases fresh damage by 25%.
Fresh Damage Up Best
Increases fresh damage by 50%.
Fresh Mage
Attacks with the Mint Staff give 25 stamina / hit.
Friendly Fire Damage Down
Decreases damage done to other players and self-inflicted damage by 75%.
Friendly Fire Defense Up
Decreases damage from other players and self-inflicted damage by 75%.
Fury
Unarmed attacks have a 25% chance to deal a second hit. These second hits deal 6 generic damage. If the player has any buffs from any source that increase a certain damage type or give another buff upon inflicting a certain damage type, the second hit deals damage of that type instead of generic. If multiple of such buffs are active, a random one is chosen. Additionally, they grant 10 seconds of immunity to the Rough Reload debuff (slower reload time with crossbows).
Gas Guard
Provides immunity to gas damage from Stinkbug and Green Shield Bug attacks and the Haze.
Hauling Strength
Increases the amount of Grass Planks and Weed Stems than can be carried at once by 5.
Hunger Rate
Decreases hunger drain rate by 20%.
Hyperstamina
Increases stamina regeneration by 25%.

Increased Healing
Increases the amount of health received from any source by 10%.
Infected Broodmother Damage
Increases damage against the Infected Broodmother by 30%. Does not apply to the Hedge Broodmother.
Invincible Attack
Melee attacks have a chance to repair the currently equipped weapon.
Invincible Shielding
Blocking an attack with a shield has a 10% chance to repair its durability by 25.
Life Steal
Heals you for 4% of your inflicted damage.
Loot Luck
Increases the drop rates of loot from creatures by 10%.
Major Threat
Increases the chance of the player being attacked when the creature has multiple targets to choose from by 50%.
Minor Threat
Decreases the chance of the player being attacked when the creature has multiple targets to choose from by 50%.
Mad Scientist
Each attack with the Pinch Whacker or Prod Smacker has a 10% to either increase attack speed by 10%, attack damage by 10%, decrease exhaustion recovery time by 10% or increase critical hit chance by 1% until the combat ends or you switch weapons.
Mantis Damage
Increases damage against the Mantis by 30%.
Max Health
Increases max health by 100.
Max Stamina
Increases max stamina by 100.
Orb Weaver Damage
Increases damage against Orb Weavers by 30%. Does not apply to Orb Weaver Jr.s (confirmation needed).
Parry Heal
Perfect blocks heal you for 8 HP.
Perfect Block
Increases the window to perfect block by 5 milliseconds.
Poison Resist
Decreases damage taken from poison by 50%.

Reflects 25% of the damage dealt to the player back to the attacker.
Reflect Damage Major

Salty Attack
Attacks inflict 15 extra salty damage. Does not apply to bows and crossbows.
Salty Damage Up Minor
Increases salty damage by 10%.
Salty Damage Up Major
Increases salty damage by 25%.
Salty Damage Up Best
Increases salty damage by 50%.
Samurai
Attacks with katana-type weapons increase attack speed by 10%; stacks up to 5 times. Resets if you get hit.
Sizzle Immunity
Provides immunity to sizzle from Ladybird Larva attacks, the Sandbox and the BBQ Spill.
Sour Attack
Attacks inflict 15 extra sour damage. Does not apply to bows and crossbows.
Sour Damage Up Minor
Increases sour damage by 10%.
Sour Damage Up Major
Increases sour damage by 25%.
Sour Damage Up Best
Increases sour damage by 50%.
Sour Mage
Attacks with the Sour Staff increase charge attack speed by 50% for 5 seconds.
Sprint Distance
Decreases stamina cost of sprinting by 25%.
Spicy Attack
Attacks inflict 15 extra spicy damage.
Spicy Damage Up Minor
Increases spicy damage by 10%.
Spicy Damage Up Major
Increases spicy damage by 25%.
Spicy Damage Up Best
Increases spicy damage by 50%.
Spicy Mage
Attacks with the Spicy Staff increase attack speed by 15%; stacks up to 5 times. Resets if you get hit.

Summon Crit Bleed
Friendly summons inflict Bleed on critical hits, dealing 10 damage / second for 10 seconds.
Summon Damage
Increases the damage of friendly summons by 100%.
Summon Poison
Friendly summons inflict Poison on hit, dealing 25 damage / 5 seconds for 30 seconds.
Summon Stun
Attacks of friendly summons deal 3 extra stun.
Summon Thorns
Friendly summons reflect 50% of the damage inflicted onto them back to the attacker.
Tenderfoot Defense
Decreases damage taken from Tier 1 creatures by 90%.
Tenderfoot Offense
Increases damage dealt to Tier 1 creatures by 100%.
The Quickness
Increases movement speed by 25%.
Thirst Rate
Decreases thirst drain rate by 20%.
Trickle Regen
Regenerates 2 HP / 10 seconds.
Unarmed Attack
Increases damage dealt with fists by 100%.
Vampirism
Killing a creature instantly restores 8 HP.
Victory Feast
Killing a creature instantly restores your food bar by 5.
Wasp Queen Damage
Increases damage against the Wasp Queen by 30%.
Wizard's Defense
Ranged attacks increase the perfect block window when blocking with a candy staff by 30 milliseconds for 10 seconds.
Wolf Spider Damage
Increases damage against Wolf Spiders by 30%.

An update on my last comment: I just got a Glowbasa Necklace with Fall Defense on it, which leads me to believe that Science Cones can also spawn with that effect. Apparently the wiki's omission of it on the Science Cone page was erroneous.

Another thing worth pointing out: the wiki lists 3 different versions of the Arrow Refund effect, with chances of 10%, 20%, or 30% for bows and crossbows to not consume ammo. They all have the same name, but 3 different degrees of effect. I'm assuming that, like the Minor/Major/Best variations of other effects, only the weakest one can appear on Crinkles, the weakest one and the middle one can appear on Waffles, and all 3 can appear on Cones.

I can't help but notice that Fall Defense isn't on your list. The wiki doesn't include it in the list of possible Science Cone effects, but it's listed as possible for the Science Waffle. I was hoping I could find an answer as to whether that was an oversight on the part of the wiki editors, or whether Fall Defense truly can't appear on Cones.
