This is a boat racing board game. Players take on the role of competitors, competing for waiting actions, flying starts, and straight turns in a single lap. A single round will be held to determine the winner. You place cards and navigate on top of them, so you play on a large desk or floor.

ボートレース(競艇)のボードゲームです。ギャンブルの要素は無く、プレーヤーは選手となり待機行動、フライングスタート、直線 ターンの争いを1周で争います。予選優勝戦をこなし勝者を決めます。
カードを置いてその上を走るので大きな机や床でのプレイとなります。
トーネードスプラッシュ「2」となってますが、本作はトーネードスプラッシュ「1(絶版)」の改良版であり、「2」単独で遊べます。
