Skip Ahead to Phantom Liberty doesnt works

When i try to skip ahead to Phantom Liberty option at the start, i create my character, start and press continue but it stays on black screen. Can u help pls?

I had this issue as well with mods. I had to start a new game with no mods, load in, save, and then restart the game and re-enable mods.
