United Netherlands into Burgundy

Description
Hello everyone!
I have been wanting recently to play Burgundy in Vic3 but was disappointed to learn that the only way to do so was to play as a total monarchy. Doing so is totally possible but it's not how I like to play, so instead I have overhauled the cosmetics aspects of the United Netherlands formable so that it is now Burgundy!

Does not change anything about the formable gameplay wise, purely cosmetic.
