Glock-18 Fade Pattern Description

The slide is chromed and coated with translucent paints creating a gradient. The pattern is made in various shades of purple, pink and yellow. The rest of the pistol is not painted. The color scheme of the gradient depends on the pattern index.

Absolute Max

The rarest and most valuable pattern variation is called “Absolute Max”,which is distinguished by a predominance of purple.

Max Fade

The less valuable pattern variation is “Max Fade”, which has almost equal areas painted purple, pink and yellow.

Full Fade

The pattern variation called “Full Fade” is distinguished by a predominance of pink and yellow and is also considered to be valuable.

Fade 95%

Pattern variations where the amount of purple reduces are called “95%”.

Glock-18 Fade Pattern Difference

This is the best pattern of Glock-18 Fade. It is also called Absolute Max, due to it being the max amount of fade possible.

If you want to trade a 100% fade, you need to make sure it is true 100% and not 99% or 98% fade.

The best way of checking is to inspect it and compare the pattern index to the table. If it is the same number as any of the numbers under 100% fade then you know it is a 100% fade.

100% will cost significantly more than a normal fade. If you also add a low float it will sell for a lot.

Glock-18 Fade Float

Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.08, which makes Glock-18 | Fade available only in Factory New and Minimal Wear condition. Abrasions are present on the muzzle already in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the size of the the abrasions increases slightly.
