Description

Every enemy is an Ultra Elite with either a Focus Rifle, Concussion Rifle, or an Energy Sword.
Phantom Crew and Jetpack Elites are unchanged, but every other enemy should be an Ultra Elite. Good luck!

Some Rally Points are not working correctly. I may fix down the road, but the way the Mod Uploader works with them is weird and I'm not sure exactly what's wrong with the ones that are messed up, they should be working :(

theres a better way to do this and do it online as well with eac on. get halo reach variant tool from nexus and give each wave elites. then use the skull thunderstorm. your welcome enjoy the hell that awaits, just know the ttk is still ass so give yourself 125 damage or 150 up to you. then id reduce melee damage to like 50 %
