Descrizione
Changes Qin Shi Huang's leader ability to be able to expend builder charges in exchange for production for wonders of all eras.
Additionally changes the production percentage from 15% to 20% to align with an exact number of builder charges and be identical to the Aztec's civilisation ability.

Too bad it needs a new game, I discovered that detail about wonder too late ^^

I wonder (no pun) can I add that bypass of the wonder’s era to this mod :

Because I suppose that your mod will not help if I’m playing other leaders ?
