Hello everyone, today I will explain how you can get a green trust factor.

What is trust factor ?
Trust factor is a system that aims to make players gaming experiences safer and more enjoyable. Trust factor analyzes players' past behavior to evaluate their in-game reliability levels and uses this information in matchmaking.
So, if you have a bad(red) trust factor you are more probability to encounter cheating and toxic players.

For those who don't have time, let me explain briefly

How To Get Green Trust Factor
1- Don't use cheats in any game
2- Don't use profanity in chat or voice chat
3- Connect your phone to steam and use steam guard
4- Try to get commend or buy commend boost
5- Play more games
6- Be a positive member of CS2 and Steam community
7- Send an email to the steam
8- Avoid being reported
9- Avoid playing with people who have a lower trust factor than you

Features Affecting The Trust Factor

Although some of the features that affect the trust factor are not listed by Steam but I know that these features lower the trust factor

Past Experiences In Games
Trust Factor is determined by looking at a user's past experience in Counter-Strike 2 and on Steam to ensure the system is as accurate as possible.

So, if you are displaying or continue to display positive behavior in cs2 and other games, your trust factor will increase.

Cheat Usage
Cheat usage is the biggest feature that influences the trust factor regardless of the game.

Reports
Frequency and quality of reports by other players

Your Behavior
Your in-game behavior in cs2 and your behavior in the 'steam' community

How To Get Green Trust Factor

Okay, i can explain in detail now

1. Don't use cheats in any game
Cheats in CS2 and other games on Steam can seriously lower your trust factor. You may not get banned, but your trust factor will drop a lot.

This also applies to your other steam accounts. Even if you play with cheating on one account and without cheating on the other account, the trust factor of both accounts will decrease.

This also applies to 3rd party software and finally, if there is this codes -untrusted and
-allow_third_party_software in launch options, delete it

2. Follow the rules of Steam and CS2 (2-6-8)
Since Steam and CS2 have the same developers, your behavior in CS2 and in games on Steam affects the trust factor.

So, you need to be careful not to use profanity in games, not to be reported and be careful with your behavior and you need to be a little more gentle :)

In fact, steam is not looking at you swearing, but rather looking at you being reported, so if you swear a lot and get reported, your trust factor decreases.

3. Connect your phone to steam and use steam guard
Steam requires you to pair a phone number for prime status and doing so will significantly increase your trust factor.

Likewise, buying on prime affects the trust factor.

4. Try to get commend or buy commend boost
Commends for CS2 show how much of a good and positively behavior player you are. This directly affects the trust factor

But a few commends are not enough. So you either have to be patient and get a lot of commend or you have to buy a commend boost directly.

5. Play more games
To continue playing Counter-Strike 2 and other Steam games within the rules. The more a user plays, the more information the system has and the easier it will be for the system to determine who they should be matched with.

So, if you want the green trust factor you have to play more games by following the rules.

6. Send an email to the steam
If you feel your matches are of low quality due to the Trust Factor, send an email with the subject "Trust Factor Feedback" to 'CSGOTeamFeedback [at] valvesoftware [dot] com'

Please include a description of your experience along with your Steam ID. This will help them improve your Trust Factor matching.

7. Avoid playing with people who have a lower trust factor than you
If you constantly play games with suspicious accounts, that is, accounts that have used cheating and have a low trust factor, your trust factor will be affected.

So, playing with people with a low trust factor can be troublesome for your enjoyment of the game and your trust factor.

Also, if you enter a match in a lobby, you will encounter people with the same trust factor as the person with the lowest trust factor in the lobby.

This is the only official explanation, but many other factors affect the trust factor.
CS2 - Trust Factor Matchmaking

Note: Steam does not specify that things like rate the guide, adding it to favorites, or throwing awards affect the trust factor.

But it says you must be a good member of the Steam community. In this case, everyone can make a different meaning, it's up to you.
