Toge Inumaki from Jujutsu Kaisen in YOMI Hustle!

Inumaki has a strong close-mid range moveset, with many dramatic
effects and explosive moves. He works best on ground, as currently his
aerials are not finished!

For those of you who haven't yet seen the announcement, my spriter has been offline for a long ass time. Until he returns, I will TRY to make some slight changes. Remember that this was my first ever coding experience and his first ever spriting experience. He has IRL struggles, so allow us to overcome them and update for you all.
