Lumber and Carpentry Guide for Reign of Guilds

This guide is to help those understand the Carpenter and Lumber system in Reign of Guilds.

Introduction.

In this guide I will go over the basics of Lumber and using the Carpenter to process it.

Lumber

Lumber can be found at Lumber mills located all over the map. It is gathered from the ground, no tools required. Different lumber mills may produce different types of wood.





Lumber comes in various sizes (s/m/l), grades (1-100?) and weight(kg).


The yield depends on these stats, higher the grade and larger the log, the better the return.

The Carpenter

Carpenters can be found at most Sawmills, this is the NPC that will process your raw lumber and refine the other byproducts.









Carpenters have 2 tabs, Recycle and Split.

The recycle tab is used to break down Logs into planks and other materials.

The split tab is used to break down the other materials the recycle tab yields, such as beams, into more planks.
