-------- So i am writing this for everyone who is experiencing this in the game with gaming notebooks(laptop). --------

For the fix, for newer gaming laptops, like ones with RTX series graphics cards:

1.Search for your own laptop how to (Disable!!!) Optimus.

2.Disable it and restart the laptop so the changes take place.

3.Now the game should be running.

NOTE - If you're experiencing still low fps&fps drops, check task manager to see if any Intel ''OR'' AMD Graphics are still showing up as (GPU0) and if that is still shown, then you haven't disabled Optimus or hasn't taken the change.

(GTX 1650/TI's-1660TI's - AMD Equivalent) Gaming Laptop
For older gaming laptops, this will be another way of fixing it, since unfortunately you may not be able to turn off Optimus, but (BYPASS) it.

1.Go to NVIDIA Control Panel.

2.Go to Configure Surround & PhysX (for older it may be only PhysX)

3.Go to PhysX Settings and select the your NVIDIA Graphics.

4.Apply and exit from there. (Restart PC)

5.Then go plug your laptop HDMI to an (external) Monitor & TV (TV works too)

6.You've then bypassed Optimus and can enjoy the game on external monitor only!

------- A little bit sad for gaming laptops(notebooks) with GTX 16 Series in them. Only BYPASS is doable in this case.--------

Now for even older gaming laptops(notebooks)!!! :DDDD

From 10 Series like GTX 1050-1080(TI included) and below

There is no real fix as to however such old laptops(notebooks) don't have OPTIMUS.
However I can offer some solutions, but does not guarantee will work:*

1.FIX - Reset Graphics Card Drivers, Update OR Reinstall.

2.FIX - Open up your laptop(notebook) if you can and know how to clean up the fans from dust and blockage, since your laptop may be overheating* (if you do not know!! how to do this, take it to a
repair shop and say, you'd like them to clean your laptop up

3.FIX - Try lowering your Graphics Settings in the game:

*Lower the (FOV). It has an impact on the FPS for whatever the reason.
*Lower VIew Distance to the middle or below (that takes a huge chunk of FPS performance too)
*If anything doesn't help, your GPU(aka Graphics Chip) because (LAPTOP), not Graphics Card
:DDDD may simply be too slow and not strong enough to push for more FPS.

If Guide was helpful, please remember to ''Upvote/Like'' and ''Award'' if very glad!!!
I hope this was helpful for anyone who had issues with ''Performance in Dying Light''.
Thank you, and have a very safe, and productive day :DDDD

I don't know it will work in general or not (but at least it worked on my laptop)
on display settings, system > display > graphics
select the dying light and click options, choose high performance and tick the option for "don't use optimizations for windowed games"
then open the game as usual, and on the video option change it from fullscreen to windowed (not the borderless one)
and the game will play normally as it should be (according to your gpu power)

I do, turns out it can, if i try disabling all the effect like motion blur, but the game don't allow me to play online with that setting =((

Who would even play with UHD + its not a graphic card, its >>> Integrated Graphics on your CPU(Processor)
