Added the Spike Trap as a new map hazard.

Changes

The Bunker Spider's power level was reduced from 3 to 2.
Bunker Spider movement speed at full health increased to 4.4 from 4.3.
Bunker Spider movement speed at 2 health increased from 4.56 to 4.58.

The Baboon Hawk's power level was decreased from1 to 0.5.

Baboon Hawks now have the chance to spawn in nests and in groups.
The Forest Giant can now be killed (30 HP).
The Forest Giant can die to the Old Bird's missiles.
Nutcrackers are now able to detect player movement in addition to rotation.
Slope physics have been changed, movement speed now depends on the steepness of the terrain.
Chance to start with lights off increased from ~8% to ~15%.

Map changes

Dine

Dine's outdoor terrain was completely reworked.
It's mininum scrap amount was increased from 20 to 22.
It's max indoor power was increased from 15 to 16.
It's minimum landmine count was reduced to 0 from 7 and it's average landmine count was reduced from 17 to 8.
It's minimum turret count was reduced to 0 from 3 and it's average landmine count was reduced to 3 from 6.
Can now be rainy.

Titan map changes

Its minimum scrap amount was increased from 23 to 28.
Its maximum scrap amount was decreased from 36 to 31.
Its indoor map size multiplier was reduced to 2.2 from 2.35.

Bug Fixes

The Crouch-sprinting mechanic has been removed.
The Nutcracker "crouch cheese" has been removed.
The "Near Activity" notice on the main entrance now also works for non-hosting players.
The Jester Forcefield™ has been removed.

V50 IS OUT!
Hi, it's been a long time, but at long last I have another lethal update to bring you! I hope you'll forgive me for suggesting in a previous post here that lethal updates would be somewhat regular and predictable--that was a bit naïve of me. Sorry, I'm just not working like I have a quota, because that would be ironic.

New additions include:
- A new forest moon, Adamance
- Reworked Dine's exterior
- Two new entities outdoors, one new entity indoors
- Added Easter eggs which can be thrown.
- Two new suits in the rotating shop + a disco ball
- You can now run down slopes faster.
- A new hazard/trap indoors

Changes:

- The bell now makes chimes when dropped (which will alert enemies within a large radius.)

- Baboon hawks now spawn in groups of two, have 4 HP instead of 6, and do less damage when stabbing the player.

- Various small changes to the scrap output and spawn rates in moons, with the goal of making more moons rewarding to go to.

- It's possible to bounce off walls when hitting them at a steep angle.

- Slightly increased the weight of the shovel, to make each player less of a self-sufficient killing machine.

- Fixed crouch-sprinting; previously, pressing the crouch button while sprinting would cause you to crouch and then uncrouch at the same time; when spamming the key, this made it possible to sprint without making noise.
- Falling out of bounds no longer teleports you to the main entrance of the facility
* I know this kind of change might seem antagonistic to speed-runners, etc. But these made it possible to bypass Lethal Company's design and mechanics without requiring any more skill or strategy; I guess it would also make speed runs of Lethal Company less accessible to people who don't want to (or can't) spam a button very fast on the regular.
* As a side side note, I had targeted the jetpack's crazy efficiency for this same reason (safely bypassing part of the game), but I've realized it has an irreplaceable purpose as the most wacky gimmick item, so I will respect that.

- Since the layouts are generally more spread out than the facility layouts, will now always generate smaller when loaded. This was mostly an issue on Titan, which had a significant chance to generate absurdly large
* To compensate, the size multiplier of indoor levels in Rend and Dine have been increased, which should result in them feeling the same as before. Dine now has the same size as Rend.

In the next update I want to add more creatures outside and inside, and I will probably focus a little less on end-game content for a while. I also still want to add more variety to interiors.

Added the Tulip Snake as a new entity.
New cause of death was added: Fan.

Gameplay Changes

Butlers can now be killed in one hit with the Knife.
The Butler's health increased from 3 to 8 (multiplayer)
The Mask Hornets' attack now does 40 damage in multiplayer and 20 in single player (before: 10).
The Mask Hornets now have ramping movement speed. Max is 10 for multiplayer and 5 for single player.
The Jester's follow timer increased from 13s - 18s to 13s - 21s (multiplayer).
The Jetpack's acceleration speed decreased from 10 to 2.
The Jetpack's deceleration decreased from 75 to 45.
The Knife's attack speed was decreased from 2.5 to 2.
The Knife's sell value changed from 28c - 83c to a fixed 35c.
The Shotgun's sell value decreased from 45 to 25.
Ammo sell value decreased from 30 to 15.
Falling out of bounds on a challenge moon now causes the employee to die.
Old Birds now causes less screen shake when landing.
Spike Traps within 7 units of an entrance have their the minimum slam interval set to 1.25s.
Spike Traps now halt for 0.5 seconds, when an employee enters / leaves the Facility.
Spike Traps now all have slightly different SFX due to random pitching.

Maximum Scrap amount decreased from 16 to 15.
Can now spawn Spike Traps (min: 0, max: 2, avg: 1).

Vow map changes.

Maximum Scrap amount increased from 12 to 13.

Offense map changes.

Maximum Spike Trap amount decreased from 18 to 4.
Average Spike Trap amount decreased from 6 to 2.

Adamance map changes.

Maximum Scrap amount decreased from 24 to 23.
Maximum Spike Trap amount decreased from 18 to 2.

Map size multiplier increased from 1.2 to 1.8.

Update 5 (13. April)

Gameplay Changes

The Jetpack changes from v50 Update 4 have been mostly reverted.
Acceleration speed has been reverted from 2 to 10.
Deceleration speed has been increased from 45 to 50.
Mask Hornets damage has been reverted to 10.
Mask Hornets movement speed changes.
Chasing movement speed decreased from 10 to 5.4 (5 -> 4.25 in single player).
Roaming movement speed drcreased from 4 to 3.
Movement speed is now decaying faster when losing LOS.
The Knife's attack speed has been increased from 2 to 2.33.
The Shotgun's value has been increased from 25c to 60c.
Removed Ammo from list of sellable scrap (used to be worth 15c).
Chance to start with lights off decreased from ~15% to ~8% (reverted to v49).
The Spike Trap now waits for 1.2s instead of 0.5s before slamming, after someone has left the Facility.
The Tulip Snakes's spawn count falloff curve has been adjusted.
