Train Lizards Reworked

Description
- Adds The Hurricane Lizard
The Hurricane Lizard is a WIP rework of the Train Lizard in Inv/Enot/???'s campaign, made to work better as an apex predator with the base game and dlc slugcats!

Currently it is an arena exclusive, however i plan to update this with simple spawn swapper so it replaces the normal Train Lizards.

Version 1.1 Changes
- Adds variations to color hues and brightness, physical attributes, including a very rare chance for them to have whiskers.
- Nerfed lunge.

Version 1.2 Changes
- Added Lizard Customizer as a requirement in-game
- Reworked lunge into a devastating charge, but beware, it still has some jump capability, so don't think you're safe on a pole!

This mod will not be updated to the newest Rain World Build, if it still functions awesome! However this will likely be revisited at a later date, actually coded into the game properly.

oh i put in some code for simple spawn swapper but i didn't realize it was working! When i was testing it it didn't work so thats neat to know! I'll add it to the required mods next update!

@mooboogie I may try out the lineage spawns mod! My eventual hope is that i can get them to spawn and replace actual train lizards so this can function alongside the SprinkleOfTrains mod!

Do you plan to have the train lizards show up in any other campaigns? Expanding the spawn through the lineage system as one above red would be cool.
