Description
Key of the Liaotung Penisula, an ideal location of future capital of East Asian Union. Starting follow the end of Russo-Japanese War in 1905.
There is a rock obelisk in front of port arthur due to the noise in heightmap. Won't delete it as it looks special and interesting, just like a monument for the war before.
