Mount & Blade Warband 100% Achievement Guide

This guide will help you get all the achievements in the easiest and fastest way.

Things to do\know before you start grinding M&B:W achievements

There are some rules/tricks you have to know if you want to get your achievements in the easiest and fastest way.

|_1_| Play as a female character. You need to play as a woman to get some of the achievements and by doing so you can get two or even three at once! :)

|_2_| Play on the easiest difficulty. Why would you want to make your life harder than it already is?

|_3_| Play in Native. It's true, you can get all the achievements when playing on mods, but some players are reporting some issues (for ex. with "Man Handler" achievement). Besides Native doesn't have many castles/cities and is the easiest to play.

|_4_| Multiplayer is hard. Enough said not everyone is pro and since M&B isn't new title on the market people playing multiplayer are mostly very skilled. Remember then, that you can create your own server and play with bots. They aren't easy either but you should do all the MP achievements without a single problem. It's just time-taking grind.


click on host a game to create your own Achievement grinding fantasy



1) Set password on your server for safety causes
2) Set game type ( depends on achievement you are grinding)
3) Set number of bots that you want to fight with.

Remember that you don't have to play till the end of the round, when you are winning but the game isn't over yet simply press "esc" and then go to administrator panel, start a new game/round and you will get the achievement for winning that previous round.


|_5_| Do you even lift? Is your hero weak but you don't want to grind skills and persk? Use Import/Export function. Remember that you cannot get achievements when you are using cheats, but doing as I instruct works just fine.

1) Start the game (you may y create totally random character).
2) After speaking with merchant go to "Character" on world map)

I'm using some graphic mods and I'm way to lazy to uninstall them for the show :3

3) Click on the "Statistics" button.

4) Export your character by clicking on "Export"


5) Now save (!) and close the game, then go to your M&B folder in Documents (default C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Mount&Blade Warband
6) Go to the folder Characters and find Text Document with your character name.
7) Open it with Notepad and edit your hero whatever you like, then close the document. (Remember to save the changes!)
8) Start your game and load save with your game, go to the Statistic panel and press "Import"
9) PROFIT?

|_6_| Remember -> press "ctrl + space" to travel faster on the world map.

Easiest Achievements [1-20]

Get up Stand up
Cleanse the town of bandits in the opening mission.

Just follow with the first quest of the game, unmissable.

Good Samaritan
Help a lord or party win a fight.

Try to find a lord fighting with bandits - it's the easiest way to do it even without an army. After you find them join the lord's party and win.

Abundant Feast
Eat 6 different types food concurrently.

You can buy food in cities and villages. Simply buy six different types of food and wait in a castle/city till you get the achievement. The fastest way to obtain this achievement is to have a big army with you.

Talking helps
Engage in a conversation with a hero character through the party screen.

First you have to recruit a hero. You can find one by visiting taverns located in cities all over Calradia. Be sure that you have some money with you, as some of heroes costs 300 denars or more. You can easy recognize hero character because it's an NPC with a name.

Then click on "Party" button on the bottom of the screen:

Then click on you hero that you've recruited and press "Talk"

Community Service
Install and play one mod.

Mods can be downloaded from Steam Workshop or Internet. Be sure to install mod that goes into "Modules" folder not anything graphic or sound changing. After you did that simply play it and you will get the achievement.

Medieval Times
Enter and win a tournament.

Arena master always knows where are tournaments taking place at the particular moment, go to the arena in city and ask him, then go and win that tournament with buffed hero (check tip |_5_|)

Sold into Slavery
Sell 5 people to the ransom broker.

First you need to have atleast level first in Prisoner Management skill on your main hero. Then equip yourself with blunt weapons and hunt down some bandits. If you are having problems with finding Ransom Broker there is always one in Tihir's tavern, he is called Ramun the Slave Traded. He can also give you some advices about capturing prisoners.

Old dirty scoundrel
Have a -50 relation with a lord, village, or faction.

The fastest way to get this achievement is to simply burn down a random village or join one of the kingdoms which is in a war with another kingdom.

Royality Payment
Be granted your first fief.

First you have to raise your renown to level over 100, then go to the king and suggest him to join his kingdom. You should be granted a fiew. You may also attack one of the citadels and take it for your own.

Holy Diver
Kill or wound at least 500 enemies.

Achievement Grind-related, unmissable

Morale Leader
Raise your soldiers' morale from low to excellent.

Wait in a city or castle until your party morale drop down to low, then simply attack some bandits and raise them back on excellent level, you can easy get high morale by taking control over enemy city on your own.

Help Help I'm being Repressed
Harass wondering peasants on the map.

Simply attack wondering groups of villagers on the map, remember that it gives you negative relationship with kingdoms so you may want to save before you go for a villigers killing spree.

Knights of the Round
Recruit 6 hero characters.

Visit Taverns in cities and recruit NPC's with names. Remember to have some denars as some of them wants money before they join you.

Force of Nature
You and your army have killed or wounded 5,000 enemy troops.

Easy to grind in custom battle mode.

Sarranidian Nights
Camp in the Sarranid region of the map.

Well this one is easy isn't it? Set a camp on Sarranid region ( default faction color is yellow). You can set up a camp by clicking Camp button on the bottom of the screen and choosing an option "wait here for some time".

Best served cold
Defeat 10 enemy parties in the snowy regions of Calradia.

Snowy regions means parts of Calradia taken over by Vaegir's kingdom (default faction color is white). Go there and fight some bandits to get the achievement.

Might makes Right
Get either two strength related skills to 5 or one to 7.

Look at tip |_5_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Migrating Coconuts
Visit every major town in Calradia.

Just travel from town to town. You will probably get this one automatically while grinding other achievements.

Romantic Warrior
Learn 3 poems from tavern bards.

Learing 3 poems requires 900 denars, bard spawn randomly in cities taverns.

Trick Shot
Land a shot with a difficulty of 10 while using a bow and arrow.

Easiest to get during castle siege. Requires mostly skill and luck.

Easy Achievements [21-40]

Pugnascious D
Pick a fight with a lord by insulting him or by challenging him to a duel.

Some of the nobles make questionable statements about you beeing a woman in arms if you play as a female character. Start a new game, create a female hero and go from one lord to another giving them a snappy response. Sooner or later one of the nobles will get offended and there - you got yourself a duel. It also gives you a "Sassy" achievement.

None Shall Pass
Successfully defend a castle.

You may obtain this achievement in custom battle mode.
Steam user @WolfauraRose reports that you cannot obtain this achievement in custom battle mode anymore. Write in the comments if you have problems with this achievement and I will work out some easy ways to do it.

Look at the Bones!
Face off against 100 enemies using custom battle mode.

Just fight in custom battle mode against 100 or more enemies.

Old school Sniper
Land a shot with a difficulty of 6 while using a crossbow.

Look at "Trick Shot" achievement.

The Bandit
Raid 3 caravans and raid 3 villages.

Get yourself a proper army and crush those poor peasants!

Every breath you take
(MP) In any multiplayer mode have more kills than deaths.

Book Worm
Finish reading one book through the camping screen.

Sometimes it's hard to find a book merchant, but you can always ask traveler about merchant's location (both NPC's are located in taverns). Buy a book and go to "Camp" option, then click on "Take an action" and choose a book to read. From now on everytime you choose to wait somewhere you will start reading that book you've choosed. Wait somewhere for some time and you should get the achievement.

Melee Master
Make one of your melee weapon skills 250.

Look at tip |_5_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Enable cheats, go back into the game , press Ctrl + W (Your weapon skills will increase) Do that until (for example) your two handed skill is up to 249. Then leave the game, disable cheats and rejoin. And now you just have to kill some peasants or whatever you like to kill ;) and when you reach the 250, youll get the achievment! Khaaan!
Kill 75 enemies with horse archery.

Get yourself a bow and a horse. You can get this achievement fairly easy during tournaments in Narra, Tulga and Ichamur.

The easiest way to get the "Khaaan!" achievement is by equipping yourself with a horse, bow and arrows and then attacking some helpless farmers. At the start of the battle tell your army to hold position and hold fire. That way they refrain from stealing your kills. Revert to your save file when you're done grinding the achievement if you wanna avoid bad faction relations. If your progress isn't showing, exit the game and let Steam synchronize.

Become the owner of at least 5 fiefs.

The fastest way to get this achievement is to create your own faction and took control over some cities/castles.

Man Eater
Kill 50 men as a female character.

Just play as a female hero and kill some bandits.

Last man standing
(MP) Win one round in battle mode.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Art of War
Have two of the following skills at a 5; Trainer, Tactics, Leadership, or Persuasion.

Look at the tip |_5_| in the first chapter of this guide

Gold Farmer
Amass a fortune of 100,000 denars.

Simply give yourself 99 999 denars by exporting/importing your character, (check tip |_5_|), then kill some bandits or sell any item and you should get an achievement. If this doesn't work grind money on tournaments.

Got Milk?
Steal 3 cattle from a single village.

Okay so this one is kinda confusing. You have to steal exactly 3 cattle. This requires some luck. Start new game and star going from village to village stealing cattle. (take an action - steal cattle) Remember to be a 1 man party. Sooner or later the achievement should pop out.

Calradian Tea Party
Make your own faction.

To create your own faction you have to conquer any city/castle and make it your own ( which means that you cannot belong to any other faction).

Calradian Army Knife
Kill 10 enemies with a throwing weapon's secondary function.

Press "X" (default) to activate throwing weapon's secondary function.

Happily ever after
Get Married.

Check "Heart Breaker" achievement

Dexterous Dastard
Make one of your ranged weapon skills 250.

Make one of your ranged weapon skills 249 by exporting/importing your character, (check tip |_5_|), then spend some points to get it above 250.

Moderate Achievements [41-60]

Mountain Blade
Kill 10 parties of Mountain Bandits.

Mountain Bandits are bandits that roam the mountainous regions of Calradia initially controlled by the Rhodoks, bringing much strife to the caravans and adventurers of the land. They spawn in groups of 4 to 60.

Glorious Mother Faction
(MP) Win a round of team deathmatch mode.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Choppy Chop Chop
(MP) Slay 50 foes with slashing weapons.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Agile Warrior
Get either two agility related skills to 5 or one to 7.

Check tip |_5_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Talk of the town
As a female character, raise your renown to 50.

As a female character win some tournaments, fight with groups of bandits bigger than your party (more then better).

Baron got back
Win a battle against a lord or party who previously beat or captured you.

This one is one of the time-taking achievements.
You need to get defeated and captured by a lord and escape. Then rebuild your army, find that lord again and then proceed to win against him in battle. Just remember which noble defeated you.

You may also:
0. Save
1. Disband all your soldiers
2. Fight an army "I'm here to deliver my demands!"
3. Lose
4. Re-load the save
5. Fight the same army
6. Win

Concilio Calradi
As a ruler have 3 vassals.

The fastest way to get this achievement is to promote three of your followers into a position of power. You may also talk with nobles and convince them to join you. This will also give you "I dub thee" achievement.

Bring out your Dead
Get one of your healing skills to 5.

Check tip |_5_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Autonomous Collective
Be chosen as marshall.

This is time taking, well I did it by joining a kingdom and just conquering castles/cities etc. Finally king chosed me to become a marshall. You don't have to make any friends with nobles, just have a huge renown and wait.

Mind on the Money
Have two of the following skills at a 5; Looting, Inventory Management, Trade, or Prisoner Management.

Sassy!
As a female character get into a duel with male lord by insulting him.

Check "Pugnascious D" achievement.

I dub thee
Promote one of your followers into a position of power.

You need to make your companion a vassal once your are a king. To do so just talk with him and choose an option to ask him something.

Gambit
Land a shot with a difficulty of 5 while using a throwing weapon.

Well I did this achievement by throwing an axe randomly into the air... That's not very professional is it? I quess you need a bit of luck for this one.

Steam user WolfauraRose (again, thank you very much mate) for the rescue with an easier way to do this achievement:

Do a custom battle with 100% archers 200 army both sides and use the sarranid girl with jarids. Approach the enemy army and from being far away as in just seeing the enemy, throw the jarrid into the 200 mass army and you'll get a 5 difficulty shot. Distance is the key. It may take several tries, if your shot is less than 5 you are too close back up and try again.

Trojan Bunny Maker
Get the engineering skill up to 5.

Victum Sequens
As a ruler conquer 10 towns or castles.

Conquering castles is much faster, I'm going to put more details here later but I think this one is an easy one.

The Holy Hand Grenade
Kill 75 enemies with throwing weapons.

Simple grinding achievement. Can be obtained while using mods.

The Ranger
Have a 7 in one of the following skills or a 5 in two; Tracking, Path-finding, or Spotting.

Elite Warrior
(MP) Win a round of deathmatch mode.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Shish Kebab
(MP) Perform 25 lance kills while mounted.

King Arthur
You have completed the following achievements: Melee Master, Knights of the Round, Every breath you take, I dub thee/Good Samaritan

Achievement grind-related, unmissable.

Hard Achievements [61-80]

Mace in yer Face!
(MP) Kill 25 foes with a blunt weapon.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Throwing Star
(MP) Kill 25 people with throwing weapons.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Heart Breaker
Get a character to elope.

First you have to play as a male character. Then find a lady without a husband.
Get your relation with her up to 20+, to do so dedicate her tournaments or read some sweet poetry.
Remember that your relations with lady's father must be 0 or less, he cannot be your friend. You will also need a castle/city because ladies don't usually want to run away with a bum. Villages doesn't count.
If you are already married you can't elope, eloping is just a way to get her to run off with you to get married. After the wedding you should get two achievements, "Heart Breaker and "Happily ever after".

Spoil the charge
(MP) Kill 50 cavalry while on foot, the enemy must be killed while mounted.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide. Side note here: the best map to do this one is "Arena" (as for most of the achievements). It's small and mounted enemies are often stuck on fences or in underground passages."

Queen
As a female character, make your own faction.

As a female character conquer any city/castle.

Lady of the Lake
As a female character, give a companion character a great sword.

Buy the best sword you can find, then talk with your male companion and ask him about his equipment. Then put sword from your inventory to his. Remember that you have to play as a female character.

Svarog the Mighty
You have completed the following achievements: Might Makes Right, Choppy Chop Chop, Glorious Mother Faction, and Old school Sniper.

Achievement grind-related, unmissable.

Man Handler
As a female character, Capture and sell three NPC lords.

This achievement was recently fixed and now it works almost fine. I tried to complete it while playing on mods and it wasn't working but I got it while playing Native. Simply capture 3 random lords and wait until kingdom makes you an offer to sell them.

Kingmaker
Put a pretender on their rightful throne.

Check "Girl Power" achievement.

Legendary Rastam
You have completed the following achievements: Abudant Feast, Mace in yer Face!, Sarranidian Nights, and Art of War/Melee Master.

Achievement grind-related, unmissable.

Ruin the Raid
(MP) Win in Conquest mode.

The Huscarl
(MP) Kill 50 foes with throwing axes.

The Golden Throne
Rule all of Calradia!

Conquer all cities and castles. Defend all nobles and kingdoms. Do this as a female and you will also get "Empress" achievement.

Harassing Horseman
(MP) Kill 100 people with mounted projectiles.

For Multiplayer achievements look at Tip |_4_| in the first chapter of this guide.

Manifest Destiny
Assist your faction in conquering Calradia.

Conquer all cities and castles. Defend everyone while being a part of one of the kingdoms. Easiest way to do that is to join Nord's and train huskarl's army or Rhodok's as they are pretty good when it comes to defense.

Girl Power
As a female character, help a female claimant reclaim her throne.

This achievement was bugged in the past, works in Native now. Play as a female character and join Lady Isolla of Suno, a claimant to the throne of the Kingdom of Swadia or Arwa The Pearled One - claimant to the throne of the Sarranid Sultanate. If you are having a problems with finding specific claimant then ask Traveler about their place of residence. I recommend that your character should have very high persuasion skill, convincing nobles to join your kingdom is much faster than conquering all cities and castles. You will also get an "Kingmaker" achievement if you haven't completed it yet.

Kassai Master
You have completed the following achievements: Trick Shot, Khaaan!, Agile Warrior, and Harassing Horseman.

Achievement grind-related, unmissable.

Empress
As a female character, become queen of all Calradia

Check "The Golden Throne" achievement.

For anyone trying to figure out a way to not have to do two full playthroughs for getting both Manifest Destiny and Empress, try conquering all cities except one, save then conquer the last for Empress. Reload the save and then join the last faction which *should* get Manifest destiny too. I can't confirm this works since I already had Empress but it did work to get Girl Power when I joined Isola of Suno when the Swadians only had one city left.

For Trick Shot and Old School Sniper do siege (defense) on Ulbas Castle. Set your army only horsemen, so they won't leave the castle & kill your all targets. Faction should not matter. Set enemies to 90 or more, they'll be an easier target. Set ALL to archers. They will do nothing but fire at you & your army, even when shot from a distance by you. Set the enemy faction to bandits. This is just a precaution since it's the faction I got my achievements with, but it may work with others if the rest of my steps are followed. I used Aethrod for bow but should work with any other bow archer. You'll have to use this setup twice if you want both achievements in one go. Start the battle. You'll want to head toward the back of the castle from your spawn & jump down the wall to the outside of the castle. Next, head into the hills behind & left the castle. Your enemies should be visible, bunched together on a hill in front of the castle, & it will just be a matter of lining up your shot.

Is there any way to not have to conquer the entirety of Calradia twice, once as a ruler and once as a vassal, to get both "Manifest Destiny" and the other conquer Calradia achievements? Seems like a HUUUGE time grind to have to conquer all of Calradia TWICE just for a couple of achievements.

I got the "Talk of the town" achievement just by completing the first tutorial battle against the 4 bandits. Maybe it stacks with previous female characters renown?

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but Empress can be achieved by winning as a vassal of the Sarranids... if you got Arwa the Pealed One as their leader first. The same is probably true for Lady Isolda of Suno too? It must only check if the the leader is a woman when the game ends, but doesn't actually check the leader is also the player. I now have Empress without having The Golden Throne because of this.

For "The Bandit" you can attack the same caravan 3 times, leaving each time instead of charging the enemy. This speeds it up a fair bit.

Got stucked for days (yeah real life, not in game days) to get this achievment, till I found something to help. You basically need to manually change some values from the game scripts that get messed up when your kings start going on that crazy loop of kicking vassals between factions. Pretty easy to do and got me the achievment. :)
