Secret Room Locations

This guide will feature all of the secret room locations that can be found within the trials (as of update 1.0, guide will be updated once more trials are added).

Secret Room 101

What's a secret room?

Whether you're new to the game or you played for a while, what exactly is a secret room? A secret room only spawns in trials and can be found upon multiple fixed locations.

How to open a secret room?

A secret room can be opened both in solo play (there's a little clicking timer that starts once you press the first button) and in a squad (requires 2 people to push/hold the buttons at the same time). Note that the buttons can also be found by using the X-ray rig. Note that the Jammer rig can also be used on the secret room door.

What is inside the secret room?

The secret room can be useful for multiple items, which include:

• 1 Syringe / Respawn Pill (Solo)
  
• 1 Rig Recharger
  
• 2 Large Medicines
  
• 2 Large Batteries
  
• 1 Health Booster
  
• 1 Stamina Booster
  
• 1 Battery Booster
  
• 1 Master Key (Unlocks containers instantly.)

Secret Room Locations - Kill The Snitch

This section of the guide features the 5 known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Kill The Snitch'.

Spawn point number 1 - Inside the underground garage (the section where you have to turn on generators), go through the middle until you reach a stop sign. Proceed to the right to a door and go a little further until you reach the lit area (after a bit of darkness) which presents a laundry room of sorts. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 2 - Inside the first sector where you look for the 1st key, the location where there's offices. The secret room should spawn near the chief office, on the right side while facing chief's office. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 3 - Inside the third sector where you look for the 3rd key, the secret room will spawn in the interrogation room 2 (Right next to the breakable co-op door by the second key lock). (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 4 - On your way to the third electronic lock, about halfway in the hall, go to the room to the right that contains a bunch of scientific equipment. The secret room should be on the left as you enter, in what is most commonly referred to as the 'Photo Room' (due to the red light inside it). (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 5 - As you reach the third electronic lock, go to the right and exit out into the door on the left to the parking garage outside (You'll see a car as well as a lifted ramp by the fence). The secret room spawns in the little room in the corner. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Secret Room Locations - Cleanse The Orphans

This section of the guide features the 5 known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Cleanse The Orphans'.

Spawn point number 1 - This secret room can be found during the radio frequency tuning section. Facing the tutorial frequency, open the door to your right. The secret room should spawn in the hallway behind the 'radio room'. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 2 - This secret room can be found during the radio frequency tuning section, in the girls dorm. You enter the girls dorm and go to the end of the hallway and turn right. The secret room should be next to girls dorm B, on the opposite wall. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 3 - The secret room can be found during the section of swapping film reels in the classrooms. Upon entering the next area, either go all the way to the end of the hallway on the left and then turn right (the secret room should be there). If you're going from the other side, get to class 4 and then turn left. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 4 - The secret room can be found during the section where you're looking through corpses to find keys to unlock the electronic locks. Upon entering the keys area from the left side, continue going forward until you see a little morgue hut to your left (the secret room should be there). (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 5 - The final secret room can be found in the basement when you're starting up generators. Upon entering the basement, go all the way to the left and the secret room should be there. If you're entering the room from the other side, the door will be on your right. Secret Room Locations - Grind The Bad Apples

This section of the guide features the 4 known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Grind The Bad Apples'.

Spawn point number 1 - This secret room can be found during the 1st push of the carnival boat. Facing the boat, enter the first room on your left. The secret room should spawn in the 'corner room' (the small room within this hallway). (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 2 - This secret room can be found on your way to the 2nd push of the carnival boat. Once you've finished pushing the boat through the first section, enter the door on the left and find a crawl-space on the left side of the room (this should lead you to a staircase in the dark). The secret room is on the right side of the stairwell. You may also reach this area by following the A pipe from its start. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 3 - This secret room can be found when you're looking for the D valve to start up the water again. If you go through the stairs for the upper floor, you enter the first room to the left and exit on the other side and the D5 pipe should be there, as well as the secret room. Spawn point number 4 - This secret room can be found during the final push of the boat into the grinder blades. The room on the left side of that area contains the secret room, on the left side of some dental equipment. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Secret Room Locations - Vindicate The Guilty

This section of the guide features the 6 known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Vindicate The Guilty'.

Spawn point number 1 - This secret room can be found on your way to the courtroom. Going through the library, make sure to check the room before exiting into the light. The secret room should spawn on the left side of the room. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 2 - This secret room can be found on your way to the evidence rooms after doing the tutorial in the courtyard. Simply go left from the room where you picked up the tutorial bucket of acid. The secret room should spawn on the left side of the hall. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 3 - This secret room can also be found on the bottom floor (where you're looking for evidence). Go from the courtyard into the main hall/lobby and turn left, keep going until you find a room labeled 'Information'. The secret room should spawn there. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 4 - This secret room can be found on the top floor (where you're looking for acid). If you're going up the stairs from the information room, look for a bright room upstairs on the right. The secret room should spawn there (the acid might also be there if you're lucky). Spawn point number 5 - This secret rooms spawns during the witnesses part of the objective. When you're trying to silence the witness downstairs, head through the library into a pitch black room. The secret room should spawn there. You can also reaching this secret room by going down the stairs from the other side of the upper floor. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 6 - This secret room spawns during the witnesses part of the objective. When you're trying to silence the witness upstairs, the first room on your left should be a small bathroom. The secret room should spawn there. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Secret Room Locations - Pervert The Futterman

This section of the guide features the 5 known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Pervert The Futterman'.

Spawn point number 1 - This secret room can be found on your way to the factory. After getting the key from the basement, open the gate and continue down the hallway. The secret room should spawn on the left side of the room. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 2 - This secret room can be found on your way to Control Rooms B and C. Looking opposite from Control Room B, there should be a room labeled 'Maintenance'. The secret room should be there. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 3 - This secret room can be found in the section where you re-route the toy's path. Looking from the "toy" go to the staircase on the right and continue a little further until you reach the smaller dark section. The secret room should be on the left side ('Warehouse office'). Spawn point number 4 - This secret room can also be found in the section where you re-route the toy's path. As you head down the hall to the incinerator, enter the door on your left labeled 'Surveillance'. The secret room should spawn in the top-left corner. (Images of the Secret Room below):


Spawn point number 5 - This secret room can be found during the final section when you're incinerating the toy. Go through the garage door and head into the back area. The secret room should spawn near the unlockable door to exit the valve section. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Secret Room Locations - Poison The Medicine (TBA)

This section of the guide features the 5 known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Poison The Medicine'.

The secret room can spawn in either:
- The laboratory (Pouring Packages section)
- The Chemical Storage (Red Cannisters section)
- The Train Shipyard (Train Carts section)

Spawn point number 1 - This secret room can be found when you enter the chemical storage. In the Chem-Co laboratory when you enter next to the bathrooms. The secret room should spawn where the small kitchen is. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Spawn point number 2 - This secret room can be found when you enter the chemical storage. If you enter the area through the garage door and jump through the window there is a chance of the secret room spawning there. However, it is more likely that you find the secret room in the basement. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Secret Room Locations - Pleasure The Prosecutor (TBA)

This section of the guide features the 4 known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Pleasure The Prosecutor'.

The secret room can spawn in either:
- Motel
- Photobooth
- Small shop
- Above the Theater entrance

Secret Room Locations - Liquidate The Union (WIP)

This section of the guide features the 5 (so far) known locations of the secret room in the trial 'Liquidate the Union'.

Spawn point number 1 - This secret room can be found on your way to the union boss. When you've reached the union boss and are looking for ways to open the panic room, make sure to look around. The secret room should spawn in the Game Room. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Spawn point number 2 - This secret room can be found as you're escorting the Union boss to the second frequencies gate. As you enter the new section, look to the first house on the left. The secret room should spawn in that house. (Images of the Secret Room below):

Spawn point number 3 - This secret room can be found as you're escorting the Union boss to the second frequencies gate. Looking from the frequencies gate as you escort the Union boss, look to the right (there should be a breakable window there). The secret room should spawn in that house. I know of two locations for PTM's secret room. One is to the right of the entrance to where you push the cart to refill the product, the small side room to be specific, and the other is while you're getting the codes, it's on the second floor in one of the dark rooms. Can't remember which though.
