Merc: Glenn "Boss" Hatchet

Before creating this mod, you should at least familiarize yourself with the biography and parameters of this mercenary from the first part of this game, also in the second part it is explained that Glen left A.I.M. Although at the same time, he was a first-class mechanic and a good shooter. And in this mod (made by a person far from the game's lore) this is some ordinary, mediocre mercenary, who for some reason took the name and nickname Boss. If you do something, then do it well, and not some kind of hack job!

After looking online, I think there are enough soundbites to do the A-Team. It'll take longer, since I'll have to collect the files all at the same time but I've started. I'll finish the Black Lagoon crew first but that'll be my next project.

Wow, the A-Team! That would be cool. I'm doing the Black Lagoon crew right now. The issue would be finding enough clean soundclips of all the characters. If I had the DVD set, I probably could. It's tough picking through Youtube for all of that. I have the Black Lagoon DVD set but that's the only way I can pull that off.

Cedric13690 I hear ya. If you're a purist, looking for straight transfers of the originals, sorry to disappoint. Some of the others, (Skitz, Mitch, Jimmy, Postie) are much closer to the originals. Thing is, we already have a ton of high-end proficient mercs. My goal was to spruce up a few lower-end bargain basement mercs (with room to grow), while still fitting in with the original theme, mostly for my own enjoyment. In most cases I'm trying to fill in a gap, lower-end medic, explosives novice, technician, shooter, etc. If I had used his original stats Boss would be high-dollar, mostly unplayed and already have competition at top-tier level. I personally rarely ever play the high-end mercs. I'm enjoying re-voicing them using actors. So...there you go. "Alright, alright, alright."

You are honored to bring JA1 characters into the game. But the majority of them have nothing to do with the character visually and the stats don't match either. They don't have to be exactly the same. But Boss is actually a good marksman (84), a brilliant technician (99) and has honor level 3.
