Mikhail Kutuzov (Russian: Михаил Кутузов) is a Project 68bis light cruiser (Sverdlov class) of the Soviet Navy's Black Sea Fleet.
She was laid down at the Black Sea Shipyard in Nikolayev on 23 February 1951 and commissioned on 30 December 1954. Mikhail Kutuzov joined the Black Sea Fleet after commissioning and sea trials, on 31 January 1955.
In 1970, in order to further strengthen the fleet's air defense firepower, the Soviet Navy planned to modernize the 68bis class cruisers in service (i.e. Project 68A). The project included the installation of eight twin 30mm AK-230 CIWS to enhance mid to close range air defense firepower, as well as large-scale improvements to radar and communication equipment. In the end, a total of four 68bis cruisers were modernized according to the 68A project, and Mikhail Kutuzov became the last completed 68A cruiser. The ship entered service after modernized in 1986 then joined the Black Sea Fleet. It entered reserve service in 1988 and was retired shortly thereafter.
On 28 July 2002, Mikhail Kutuzov was opened to the public as a museum ship in Novorossiysk. On 1 October 2012, she was made a branch of the Central Naval Museum.
