Original Faith Icons For Customization

I found that Paradox made a lot of custom faith icons that weren't being used, and I added them to the list of available custom faith icons, and supplemented them with icons of some religions that were already in the game, so that players who want to use them can do so during their gameplay.

There will be incompatibilities with mods that modify files under {common/religion/religions}. I may try to fix the compatibility issue in a subsequent update.
