Description
Project Nebula,means Project Fog from Latin.And its damn true!Thats an Project to Expand and Fix The Fog Town of Kenshi-Mongrel in many Aspects,like Walls,Buildings and Factions.Were Added many Buildings,Holy Nation Outlaw start to exist in town,Added Shinobi Thieves HQ(Actually an Shinobi Thieves Tower but in Stationhouse),and much more.Plus Mongrel now is an Ally of Shinobi Thieves.Finally,Mongrels Population now is Circa 200 Hundred Citizens.

It's not bad. It does seem to make Fogmen not just say WREEEEE but also "Ola ola ola" and the like. Which... well, I'm not a fan, but some folks will be.

The town layout is nice. I'm partial to the Forgotten version, but that has a tendency to make the game crash from overstimulation.

Might be just the thing you're looking for.

should make patch for reactive world or uwe, once the mongrel fallen taken by the fogmen. the player is able to recover mongrel. perhapse by killing some fog prince...
