people also forget that if you want a pack to maintain compatibility with any RP server that wants to use them, you need to support all default citizen heads at least (although this pack is currently lacking females), even if it doesn't really make sense realistically. i may update this addon with extra heads at some point in the future, but this project was really just an excuse to experiment with blender.

To be fair half life 2 have only 2 asian face, just assume these European/American citizen faced police as mixed race Japanese police

Giving obviously European faces to Asian police force makes a lot of sense
