How to get unstuck from Atrox :)

If by some glitch your Thruster dissapeared or you, like myself, wasted it by stopping by another planet first like an absolute idiot; then this guide might be of some assistance.

The Plan

To craft a solid fuel thruster you need 1x Ammonium, 1x aluminum, and a small printer.

For oxygen, use compound for tethers or resin for oxygen filters; both of which can be found on the surface.

Ammonium can be found on the surface, along with compund and resin.

drill some of each and craft a small printer.

Aluminum

To get Aluminum, as you probably know, you need to refine Laterite. At first I was really frustrated bc I forgot my drill mod 2 and to craft one you need Tungsten carbide, which you cant get on Atrox. I looked it up on reddit and someone had said to get a diamond from wrecks and make a drill mod 3; which is nearly impossible imo but I attempted it anyway.

In the process of doing this I stumbled apon a ravine that had Laterite in the bottom! In mineable soil!


I grabbed some of that and headed back to base. In order to refine it, I had to craft a smelting furnace. 2x compond for a medium printer, 2x resin 1x compound for the furnace.

Refine your laterite into aluminum, print your solid fuel thruster, and get the hell out of there!
