Enhanced Health Bar

Description
Changes the Health bar (duh) to a more clean and modern display

was somewhat inspired by UI of OW2 lol with a pixelated vibe to it.
Pickup hearts do remain untouched so dont expect any changes to that.

You should take some pictures where it isn't zoomed in so as to get an idea of how it looks in regular gameplay.
