Less Annoying Plague Events

Description
This mod tweaks lots of the epidemic events to be less annoying.

Not compatible with anything that touches physician_epidemic_events.txt, epidemic_events.txt, or epidemic_events_2.txt, though loading this mod last should get its effects to work regardless. See post in discussions for a list of changes.

This mod doesn't do anything to epidemic spread, it only changes the events.

In what way are they less annoying? You're not really telling us much. Are they less frequent? Less deadly?

I don't see any difference. Always the same amount of epidemics, every couple of years af of the 1300s. Whatever i do, i have built hospitals everywhere, epidemics all the time.

literally a must have completely unplayable without it at times
