This mod contains one item and two challenges
- Item:
* Steel of Heart
* +2 Heart Vessel Full Health
* Massive Devour-When Isaac enters a room, all enemies in the room are charged for the next 3 seconds (Charging time is calculated according to the current layer, 1 ~ 3 layers, 3 ~ 1 seconds, 0 seconds after 4 layers), charging is completed after 3 seconds, if the enemy receives any damage after charging, it will add 1 layer (the first 3 layers plus 2 layers) to the number of layers of Steel of Heart (Boss10 layers), and deal 20% of the current layer of true damage to the current enemy. Every 150 layers +1 layer of Container of Heart
* Goliath Giant-Gain one enlarged pill for every 300 layers up to three times
* Other:
* BossRush Room up to 300 floors
* Hash plus 150 layers
* Challenge Room plus 2 floors (Boos15 floors)

* Steel of Heart
* .Heart of Steel 999+: Character Isaac, starts with Heart of Steel, Lamb ends, clearance conditions: To reach the final Lamb Boss room, the number of layers of Heart of Steel must be greater than 999 and have 12 Heart Containers.
* Heartsteel: Character Isaac, starts with Heartsteel, ends with Lamb, clearance condition: None
