TITC Metropolis Threat Music (Consistent Ver.)

Changes the threat music in Metropolis to the "Terror In The City" Remix by Purist, the Specter. Includes replacements for the day music and night music, as well as the "Chieftain" threat theme in the 12th Council Pillar, the House of Braids (really only applies to the Scavenger King's battle arena AFAIK).

This version has preset layers for the day and night threat themes that don't switch or interchange between cycles, making it guaranteed to use the full song at max intensity, but also making it less variable.

NOTE: Requires "Custom Region Support" mod in order to function properly.
