Description
I'm bad at the video game, which means I don't research so fast. I was not pleased with most of the changes in Eridanus, especially the Tech Rework. Luckily, Stellaris is a very modable game.

This mod reverts the changes in patch 3.11 "Eridanus" made to technologies, and technologies only. It does not affect jobs, modifiers or anything else; only researchable techs. In particular, this mod:

* Restores the cut Researcher Output Increase Techs for all 3 branches (as well as their pre-requisite status for other techs)

* Reverts reductions and tier changes made to naval capacity techs

* Retains new Bio-Reactor, Ascension Theory, Resort Worlds and Space Torpedoes changes

As will be the case will all of my Eridanus Undone mods, new features, stats and buffs will be retained alongside the re-introduction of previously stripped ones, giving the best of both versions.

Currently only localized for English, should only affect flavor text of re-introduced output techs.

Please report any bugs if you come across them, all tech related files should have few to no compatibility issues as they do not overwrite the base files. Currently the english localization file does, however. If there is a way to only add new lines to localization files rather than having to overwrite the entire file to make changes, I will implement that method in the future.

This mod has open permissions; do whatever you want with it, edit it however you want, include it in whatever mod packs you want, upload it wherever you want. No credit necessary.

@President Tannaka as of yet no, and even the more fleshed out mods I made for myself and haven't released yet don't have that. I need to find out how I would do it. Personally I don't actually mind that particular change but I will eventually get either a standalone to revert it, include it in one of the modulars or just have it in the all in one when that gets completed.

Do any of your mods revert the increase in research cost from empire size?

@Seifer I do have a few mods currently for personal use that affect upkeep cost though rolling that out may be a bit more difficult owing to how many different areas of the game it affects (leader traits, civics, traditions, and so on) and how many of those overlap with other changes. There will be a few different versions as well on account of different ways of balancing (for example, keeping docked upkeep reductions while restoring other sources vs just reverting all to how it was in 3.10). Rest assured though they are coming soon.

this kind of thing is what me and my friends have been waiting for. i dont really know if this is a acceptable place to make a request but please please please do ship upkeep cost as well.
