Interesting story, weak animation.

Awesome Job! Despite the rush and the technical difficulties, you still put together a great story. The Ninjas were a nice touch, and I particularly enjoyed “Plan B”, was not expecting that to shoot out a flare! The animation might have been ruff, but the fight choreography was pretty good and easy to follow. Nice work!

You can show a lot without telling. Valve is a good company to look to for hints as to how to do this. Good actual action segments, though.

Wait, why is RED outside, attacking, while BLU is defending the Keep? I mean, yes, these are not the normal mercs, but different characters, so to speak. Still, if you keep to the team-colours, I wonder why you switched the teams around?

An ambitious project. But it needs more work to polish it.
I would advise you to lose the voice over entirely.
