Compression quality in source games is pretty good, you will see basically no noticable loss in quality using DXT5 with mipmaps. That will lower the file size and make it easier for players with lower end systems.

ye, most of the textures have up to 21000 mb, there's only 1 normal map texture that has up to 81000 mb. This mod was from Counter Strike Source and I ported it over this game so I wasn't the original one who made up those texture files :\
