[Bill] Alan Wake Voice Pack

After like a month of working, the Alan Wake Voice Pack is finally done! This addon will replace ALL 1218 of Bill's voice lines with Alan's voice lines from Dead by Daylight. I tried to fit Alan's lines the best way I could with Bill's.

In order to get the mod working follow theses steps: (If you don't do this, Alan's voice lines will cut out randomly)

1. Subscribe to this mod

2. Open the game and wait for the mod to load

3. Once the mod finished loading; close the game

4. Download GCFScape: https://valvedev.info/tools/gcfscape/

(This will help extract the wav sound files from the Alan Wake vpk file)

5. Go to your Steam folder in Program Filesx86. (Or wherever you have this installed)
Steam -> steamapps -> common -> Left 4 Dead 2 -> left4dead2 -> addons -> workshop.

6. Open 3178216694.vpk with GCFScape. (Or find the vpk beside the matching thumbnail name)

7. Take the Namvet folder inside and drag to your desktop.

8. Next I highly recommend you following this guide so you can add Alan's lines without messing/deleting Bill's lines:

NOTE: In our case since we're replacing Bill's lines, make sure theses are the folders you add in the custom sound folder: player -> survivor -> voice -> namvet

Then add all of Alan's voice lines from your desktop to the namvet folder

Once you follow everything in that guide your done!

Enjoy hearing the Champion of Light himself in Left 4 Dead 2!

Suggested mods are posted but they are not needed for this mod to work.

Using this method will 100% work online btw.

Known Issues:
-If your hearing glitch noises with the voice lines, just retype this command again into the console: snd_buildsoundcachefordirectory ../custom
