Booster Category



"Expert Extraction Pilot"



  • Reduces waiting time by 20 seconds.






Some extra information as of [March 16] :

Exfil Booster reduces waiting time of the Pelican-1 by 20 seconds. It doesn't matter if the waiting time is 2 minutes or 4, it will always reduce by 20 seconds on the timer.

The [Exploding Crossbow] CANNOT be used to close bugholes but the [Grenade Pistol] CAN. The Grenade Pistol currently has 8 grenades total, this is very useful when closing bugholes. The same applies for automaton factories. The Crossbow cannot destroy it but the Grenade Pistol can when shot at the vents.

[Thermite Grenades] feel inconsistent. They are able to melt Charger leg armor but are absolutely useless against Hulks since they either bounce off or not destroy armor at all. After the Charger nerf, it's just better to kill them with one hit in the head with the EAT instead of waiting for the leg armor to melt off, unless you don't run EATs.

Both marskman rifles you see in the video list can be used in full auto. They absolutely shred Hive Guards.

About the new stratagems
[March 10]

I am pretty sure you guys already know about most of these stratagems because of the leaks from the past 3 weeks but incase u didn't know then here :



Emancipator Walker
-A walker with four autocannons, not effective vs Bile Titans but works great for large group of
enemies.




Light Armored Vehicle (LAV)
-An APC with 3 weapons on top. (1x Remote Autocannon and 2x Manned Stalwarts)



Rover
-Fast 5 seater vehicle capable of traversing the rough terrain of various planets. Has a mounted heavy machinegun on the back.



"Quasar" Laser Cannon AKA Laser Pulse Cannon
- A cannon that you have to charge up in order to shoot. It kills Hulks with one hit to their eye. Has infinite ammo but it overheats and has a little cooldown time before you can shoot it again.



Heavy Machinegun
-High caliber machinegun capable of penetrating even the toughest of defenses. It has 3 modes of fire like the other machineguns. It's highest output is 1200rpm but it has insane recoil. Too bad it only has 75 rounds in the box magazine so you have to reload pretty often but you can switch the firerate to 450rpm to conserve it. Has 2 reserve box mags.



Incendiary Grenade Launcher
-Basically the GL but incendiary.



Mini Missile Silo
-Drops a hellpod with a huge rocket inside that you can guide with using a laser that it comes along with. The base area of explosion is almost as large as a 500kg.



Barrier/Wall Stratagems
-There are 2 "barrier" type stratagems that drop in half a defensive wall and comes in two forms, one with a GL and another with a machinegun.



Displacement Backpack
-It basically prevents you from taking a single lethal hit that will instantly kill you by [teleporting?] you to a random location nearby and is disabled temporarily.



Health Pack Rack
-A somewhat strange stratagem that only provides stims and seems useless because the resupply stratagem and resupply backpack already exists.



Commando
-A quad(4) tube rocket launcher that fires missiles, that also follow your crosshair. Tracking can be turned off. This is a disposable weapon and only has 4 missiles.



Air-to-air Missiles Stratagem (Eagle)
-Currently unused but it should target aerial enemies like flying bugs or automaton drones (what?).

Extra notes as of [March 21]

Here is footage of Air-to-air used on flying bugs (Shriekers).
They need to buff it. It's anti-climatic lol.





Stinger
-A ground-to-air weapon that fires a lock-on missile. Surprisingly enough, it can target Bile Titans but deal little damage. (maybe because they're so tall)



Orbital Illumination Flare
-"A flare that lights up the battlefield." I guess it's good for lighting up an area? I do hope that they update it so that enemies would target the flare instead of you, like a distraction. Funnily enough this stratagem was mistaken for the illuminates.

SEAF Squad
-Spawns 6 SEAF Soldiers but I don't know what their purpose is yet. Maybe for help with extractions of scientists?

[April 1 Section] (new armor and next possible warbond?)

New update dropped so I thought I'd check out what's new but I didn't find much except for a bunch of new armor sets.






















































WATCH OUT, WE GOT GENERAL BADASS OVER HERE!




















-Recently, a full-on warhammer collab was leaked but I don't really have any source so I'm not really gonna bother digging into it, but apparently it adds a whole different gamemode, all terminid units changed to tyranids, and you play as astra militarum where you have 3 available "classes" to choose from, with unique weapons according to the theme.

-The source of the news that I got it from got deleted, so I don't really know if it's true.








Next Warbond?



-Recently, More armor sets and (unusable) weapons have been added which have a "savage" like theme to it. These armor and weapons are adorned with fangs from wild beasts and tribal markings. (as seen on March 27 section with the sniper decorated with fangs).

-I hope they come along with cool stratagems too.






What about the new vehicles?



Well, they temporarily removed the APC, Rover, the Defensive wall stratagems and the displacement backpack from the game, which means they're most likely working on them and planning to release them soon.

fun fact: the orbital illumination flare stratagem input appears in game, is on the stratagem hero minigame from the super citizen dlc. As of now it appears as right, right, left, left but maybe is not gonna be like that when it comes out.

@Joel, can we plz have a death map, full stocked supply drops ie 2 jet packs or shields in a single call down, and or a supply pack with the weapon drops or have 2 weapons in the drop, want us to play as a team LET US, lets not have to call in 4 rail-guns and 4 shield packs but instead 2 and 2, last thing but im just nitpicking at this point any possibility of having 6 man fire-team!!!

BTW, Shriekers are officially in the game now, they are a rare spawn like stalkers. They live in huge mushroom like structures with glowing orbs which are their eggs.

i like that i dont see any overpowered weapons which means i can continue to use my Liberator Penetrator as versatile gun. Good design solution to go wide rather than vertical progression imo
