Simply delete the Steamodded folder from the ...\mods folder and this will stop the duplicate label continue crash from occurring.

There is a lot of talk you can look through and there is a patcher called Lovely Injector that makes the process even easier
Essentially from what i gathered Anti-viruses will flag the mod loader because it is an injector which is what most viruses do. It injects code into already established programs in order to do other things. Since the mod loader is an injector this is why it get flagged
(This is purely speculation off the context clues I've gathered I am NOT a software engineer and have very little coding experince)
