RKBee, Knifebearer of the Revel

A half-joke summoner-type character made for D.O.J.O.'s RKC event.

===== Guide =====
The character is quite simple, in principle, as there aren't many moves to pick from.
Using the character well therefore depends on your manipulation of those moves.

== The Gimmick ==
RKBee has no attacks. Well... sort of.
The bee itself has a grab but all other moves instead command your knives.
Knives will, at most times, attempt to travel towards you. You can offset where they're attempting to move by using the Push UI available to you at all times.
You start with one knife, and can get more as the game progresses, up to 4.
RKBee is very vulnerable if the knives aren't nearby - managing their location is important playing both with and against them.

== Basic Attacks ==

Slash - Command all knives to make a quick, light attack. They also get a burst of horizontal speed influenced by your Push.
Bash - Command all knives to stop where they are and dash toward the enemy. During this attack, you cannot influence the knives much. They do get a burst of Push-able vertical movement to begin with, though.
Thrash - Command all knives to spin for a multihit attack. They also get a burst of vertical speed influenced by your Push.
Quash - Basic Grab/Throw.

== Special Moves ==

Flash - Switch places with your original knife. You will be vulnerable for a while after teleporting. Only available if you have at least 1 bar of super, but costs none.
Leash - Accelerate knives' movement back towards you, influenced by Push. RKBee is very vulnerable if the knives aren't close, so make good use of this. It can also be used to influence their movement mid-attack.
Lash - Accelerate knives' movement entirely dependent on Push. Only unused knives will accelerate.

== Super Moves ==

Awash - Summon a new knife, but become vulnerable for a while. Requires 3 bars of super and consumes 2.
Gash - Command all knives to teleport (influcenced by Push), then deliver a large sweeping strike, spiking the enemy into the ground and dealing heavy damage. Requires 4 bars of super and consumes 3.



===== RKC Lore =====

The RKBee is a mutated and sentient bumblebee, created after an insect colony were exposed to experimental magitech chemicals.
After gaining consciousness, the affected bees found their calling in dance, revelling in their newfound understanding in the world. This group would come to be known as the Revelbees.
All was well in the insect world, until a red harbinger of chaos arrived in the form of a Blade of Old. A red knife.
Fighting broke out over the artifact, leaving the insect community all but exterminated. But one of these insects would not give up on dancing to their own tune.
Putting all of their newfound heart into dancing, the RKBee managed to speak to a will deep within the knife that caused it to dance along.
The insect war soon ended as the knife took on a life of its own, unwilling to be subject to use in such futile violence. It now uses its power to defend the Revelbees, following the best of them all - the one now known as the Red Knife Bee.

This knife was derived from an Old One more peaceful than most. Whilst the war raged outside, they found solace in dancing, uninvolved with the ideals of the others, uncaring of the bloodshed others brought upon themselves. They possessed the power of the True Illusion, capable of creating illusory clones of themselves with a physical presence. This One needed not its pugnacious brethren, for it was its own best partner in dance.
