Intro

Achievements count - 9

Playthroughs required - 1 (2 when speedrun achievement will be fixed)


WASD to move, Space to interact with items/speak.

Walkthrough

Press any button in menu to start a run.

Speak with dad, mom and sister twice to get 2 achievements.
We are Family
Speak to all your family.


We are Family Twice
Speak to all your family twice.


Touch fence and car. Enter the house. Speak with Rental Man in the room with TV. He will ask to find items: 3 candles, 6 crosses, women behind bars.
interact with wall here to get:
Incredible Style
Add something to your wardrobe



Then interact with everything in the house (Furniture, windows and etc) to get
Curious Bunny
Interact with all the items in the house.


Find 3 candles (2 in the nightstand at the entrance to the house, 3rd at the sofa
under a pillow), wooden stool in the bathroom, 3 crosees (in different rooms, 1 in the kitchen requires wooden stool) and 2 small paintings. After collecting all requires items a door to the labyrinth appears at the end of hallway. Enter it.
Across the Rental House
Arrive at the labyrinth.


Find 3 crosses here. It will spawn another door. Walls with approaching hares are impassable.
Enter the door.
Beyond the Rental House
Arrive at the ritual circle.


Place items and interact with the middle of circle.

It is the end of the game. Speedrun achievement is glitched in the release version, you can get it by completing with any time, but in can be patched in future.

Back home
Finished first run


Short-Term Rental
Complete the entire game in less than 10 minutes.


The Rental Girl
Get all other achievements.

There's windows that aren't visible due to the camera's position which (I'm pretty sure) also count towards the curious bunny achievement. I interacted with everything but the windows and didnt get the achievement. Only once I replayed and found them.

Curious Bunny worked for me when i interacted with the "monster" that apears some times, inside the house

Same here, can't get speedrun achievement.

The game received an update yesterday that broke this achievement. Use previous version to unlock it.

I finished the game multiple times within 5-6 minutes, but still can't get the "Short-term rental" achievement

For some reason the speedrun achievement won't pop for me. I've beaten the game 3 times now with a time under 10 minutes. Is there something that I could be missing?

I agree with the person who said you have to interact with the stuff outside. Talk to the family and try to walk out of bounds and check the car. Then when you're inside the house check everything on both sides and it should unlock. There's 2 or 3 pieces of furniture outside of the camera so just press search everywhere around the perimeter of each room until it clicks.

Yeah, the achievement is not bugged, it's just really finicky. Just a tip, there's actually two windows in the kitchen you need to interact with. One is beside the cupboard where you needed your stool to reach the box and the other is at the back of the room in the corner. Also, you need to interact with the car outside. There is no fence to interact with, you just need to try to walk behind the fence. She'll say something like, I can't stray too far. Her dialogue is all you need.

Maybe everybody misses a different thing that most others are able to find, but for me, the thing I kept missing was the window in the kitchen to the left of the cupboard. Hope that helps someone.

For everyone wondering about the Curious Bunny achievement, there's a picture/object in the corner that you can just barley see inbetween the big dresser that mentions the clothes for Umi's dad and the doorway :>
