Here are some of the most interesting items:


Forsaken Encyclopedia: Quality 4 Book which can be find in the library. Has 12 room charge and upon use adds 1 broken heart and spawns random Ultra Secret Room Item.

St. John's Gospel: Quality 4 Book which can be also find in libraries and angel rooms. Has 12 room charge and upon adds 1 broken heart and use spawns rand Angel Room Item.

Devil's Mantle: Quality 2 which can be find in Devil Deals. Upon taking first damage in the room, activates Necronomicon Effect.

Hara-Kiri: Quality 3 which can be found in curse rooms. Has 12 room charge and upon use gives player 1 broken heart and teleports to Angel Room/Devil Deal.

Dice Overload: Quality 4 which can be found in secret rooms. Has 12 room charge and upon use activates effects of random 4 dice items other than D100 and Eternal D6.

Jackpot Dice: Quality 3 which can be found in treasure rooms. Has 6 room charge and upon use makes every item pedestal in the room cycle between 10 items with unbelivable speed.

Glitched Heart/Glitched Sack/Box of Glitches: Quality 0-2 Items which can be found in secret rooms. They have different behavior when player has two other items.

Bug Report/Mutation: Quality 3/1 items which changes behavior of Glitched Heart, Glitched Sack and Box of Glitches

Mattman's Blessing: Quality 4 which can be found in secret rooms. Upon entering a new floor, it will random quality 4 item for the floor. When you enter next floor, item changes.
