Description
Changes:
north german (south and north germany) now german and south german to austrian
north italian + south italian into italian
more merged france
more merged spain
several indian cultures into indian
several african cultures into african
Arabic cultures into arabic

update:
Turkic cultures into turkic
sinoesphere into chinese (unless manchurian)
-
dixie and yankee into american
-
All indigenous american into native american
-
all malay cultures into one and some merged indochine cultures
-
bring back british culture
merged scandinavian, baltic and iranian culture

and jugoslav culture

homelands are also updated and more merged
(some changes to assimilation and conversion speed)

This is not to offend anyone simply for reasons of comfort and better performance that the mod adds cause of lowering cultures and merging some states

Updated, now flanders has a modifier that adds 15 maximun ports (bc 20 is the max with all technologies) and has all of them (20) builded cause no costline state cant build more, also there was other problem that belgium couldnt build navy but now can, i gived belgium a little port next to kongo and one spot next to flanders in france, so now belgium can have a normal game and colonial without getting some state from france or the netherlands
and also srry for the problem this is the only solution i founded (i cant fix the no costline flanders for the problem that i said even when i had that problem i was like 2 all days searching what was the problem and still dindt find anything, but that was the solution delating the costline pixels
but yep now belgium can be played normally and a bit busted for the issue

Oh, I understand. Well, hopefully you get it to work. If not, its not a big deal, since I use your mod in almost every playthrough to save my CPU.

Yes, checking rn, i'll increase the ports of belgium to máximum bc belgium coastline is broken and game crashed everytime anyone annexed flandre so i searched in all my mod for some error causing that and never founded so the thing that fixed it was delate the pixels of coastline and the crashes stopped

I also tried your other mod, Merged Pops+, and it also disables Belgiums ports.

Had to disable this mod because it wasn't allowing Belgium to build any ports. Not sure why. But when I disabled it and made a new game, Belgium can make ports again.

Uhhh srry for the problem, im adding a journal entry to remove that modifier (only to pass public or private healthcare) ill make it when i end other things about my mods, probably i'll update today or tomorrow

can you change the mortality debuff on Ethiopia to a set amount of time? it being permanent ruins a playthrough
