Norway Lower Leagues by XaW

- Updated to 24.3
- Activated the 4th tier to be able to be playable
- Added 5th tier (4. divisjon) and added all teams in the current season based on fotball.no for all regional subdivisions
- Set all Norwegians clubs to their correct regional, so even higher tier teams would go into the right one if they get relegated
- Created a few missing teams
- Cleaned up a few competition names and team names

Todo:
- Add the rest of the league system down to 10. Divisjon
- Add teams to the divisions and create as needed

Limitations
- I'll only go as far as 3rd teams. 4th and 5th teams will not get added
- Kretsmesterskap probably won't be added yet, perhaps, but unlikely

Heisann. Ser at en stund tilbake hadde du lagt til 5. div, linken på SI funket ikke. Har veldig lyst til å starte save med mitt eget lag i 5. div

That woud be epic, the team I always manage with your database is in the 5. divisjon (I think?) maybe even lower, no clue. But it's not in yet so far :(
Anyway, excited to see if FM26 means no more issues with the editor, I can always go back to FM23 if needed.

I just tried this several times, only Eliteserien and Obos is available, suddently 2nd divition both leages was available. But i can't seem to get any lower than this..

Every season I get an angry update from the board about not having the seasons targets met - in May. It coincides with the end of the English league, maybe there's a related bug?

Loved it! hopefully with time you can add all the way down to 7th division, would be lots of fun! Good job in making this though, had a blast

I have the same problem. It can only find Eliteserien and OBOS.
