New binds with scancodes

In the recent update VALVe something broke and binds worked only on the English layout. Later they fixed it by adding a new system of key assignments using scancodes. This guide shows all the scancodes according to the keys, to make it easier for you to assign new binds. All old binds work as they did before.
Now when you try to assign something to a key in the console you will see that you should not assign the command to a key, but to a scancode, so, for example, a bind to the space bar will look like this:
