FMUpdate - February v2

Description
This is the FMUpdate for Football Manager 2024! This transfer update brings the latest transfers and changes to your copy of FM24! This is also our second Winter Window version for FM24 and will cover all the leagues that have their transfer window closed. There will be one more version and that will be released on March 1st.

Key features of the FMUpdate - February V2
Transfers up to February 16th
Managerial moves fup to February 16th
Added missing players to the database, including Paul Pogba & Juan Mata
Added missing staff, including the full staff of Ajax and more
Updated Cup & League colors

Important
Make sure to check your Steam workshop download folders as well! Sometimes Steam doesn't properly download the needed files and keeps them in the Workshop folders.

Check the following folder:
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\downloads

In there, Steam will keep track of the files that you have downloaded. Look through the files until you have found the Media Pack. Then simply copy that to the Editor data folder of FM24 and start a new save.

Also, dont forget to REMOVE older versions of the update

Lyon have 14M€ purchase option for Saïd Benrahma, and 17.5M€ (+3,5M€) for Orel Mangala. Could it be added ? Thx for the amazing work, keep it up guys !

@Isymes - Sir Ratcliffe has already been added in previous updates and we have added Barreda as a new director. As far as the investment it will be difficult to properly add. If its just 300M for buying players its easy, but that is not the case. We will figure something out, but don't expect us to just add 300M to the transfer budget.

Hongkong_Mac - then you must be using double add-ons, cause i just checked the entire PL U18 using our laterst update and not one player is double.

@Martin.hammele - All transfers will be there at the beginning of the game. We always use this method.

There is loads of duplicate players in the u18s EPL
