Tax Jurisdictions for Feudal Governments

With the Legacy of Persia update, feudal lords can no longer collect any taxes from clan vassals. Here, I simply copied the gui from the base game and switched the tax jurisdiction tab to appear for both feudal and clan.

I have done the same so that all non-adventuring governments can have access to the clan tax tab.



Then, for each crown authority, I added a decision that lets you freely switch from clan to feudal while keeping the crown authority. It also to retain the regular cooldown period which comes with raising the realm law.



If there is a more elegant way, let me know.
