Description
I am a human, and I am digging a Marrhold!

Features:
Lets owners of Marrhold at admin tech 8 with Human Hold 3 unlocked and with a happy underground race, as their country capital start to dig the hold.

Some modifiers and mission costs/rewards are also changed because I feel like it.

Nerfs to time to do things
Make some modifiers scale over game time
Change some modifiers completely
Nerfs to diggy requirements/thresholds?



Compat: Compatible with Alenic/Escani Marrhold mod

Not Compat: Other things that change the Marrhold Mission tree. Other things that change the Capital Dig Decision.

Anytime Alenic/Escani, or the base Marrhold tree is updated, this mod will need to be as well for the mission tree. The diggy should probably continue to work as expected as long as that hasnt been changed by a different mod or the base mod.

Though it is worth noting that I dont think I have it tag locked to Marrhold, so technically anyone who has Marrhold with human hold 3 and sets it to their capitol can dig it. I'm not sure if the human hold modifier sticks around after ownership transfer or not, mostly because I dont particularly care either way which way it works atm.

Only Marrhold since the requirement should be tied to having Human Hold lvl 3 (the modifier that counteracts the non-subterranean malus)

Does this allow Marrhold to dig any hold as long as its their capital? Or just the original Marrhold itself?
