No Muzzle & No Ragdolls & Fixed cl_interp 0 on Official Servers

Description
Modifies gamemodes.txt in /scripts and SHOULD also work on Public Versus

- Allows competitive network settings (like cl_interp 0.0) to be used in public games (No laggy common infected)

- Ragdolls instantly disappears

- No Muzzle Flash (A safe work around, use a muzle flash disabler extra too)

- Stops sprites from rendering on a lot of surfaces

I was hoping this would combine both radgdoll and muzzle mod into one but if I still need a muzzle disabler then this is just a ragdoll mod with extra steps.

@Quill Hi, yea that's an unfortunate effect I can't do much about. You can also try adding -lv to your launch options to enable l4d2's official Low Violence mode but im not sure if that disables death animations. Keep in mind tho that with -lv it will feel kinda shit to shoot zombies, barely any blood

The death animations still play before the infected disappear but still, great mod :D
