As for crashing the game, it also resulted from some mods somehow cannot be decompiled then recompiled again. Idk why, but I would guess it need more someone with better skill to make it work instead of just playing with the qc files.

Well my modding skill still considered as amateur since I cant animate it myself nor fix the animation. Some mods will have a junky or broken hands when decompile then recompile, My way of fixing is to find mod with simillar animation or the one more stable, then overwrite the broken hand animation with the one from more fixed animation. Hoping it works, if not then try with different mods and combining one and the other, it fells more of a scavenger finding part that works and not.

is there anything else special you do, cuz mod that i tried to edit and recomplie usually have broken hands (understandable) or just flat out crash the game

when you edit to makes non rng animations, do you just edit the qc files?

Thanks for this. Although, I didn't find the exact HUD, I did mange to find the same weapon but without the PEQ 15 on the rail. No big deal.
