1. Right-click on Hitman Absolution in your Steam library and go to Manage > Browse local files.
2. Right-click on HMA.exe and choose the Copy option, then right-click again and select Paste.
3. A file called HMA - Copy.exe will be generated. Rename it to Hitman Absolution.exe.
4. Right-click on Hitman Absolution.exe and go to Show more options > Send to > Desktop (Create Shortcut).
5. Now, go to your desktop and rename "Hitman Absolution.exe - Shortcut" to "Hitman Absolution". After that, just run the game from your desktop, and it should open normally.
