Green Vales+ (1.2b)

Just a few small changes to the starter area, I'm enjoying the mod maker as much as the game itself so I intend to add to it as I play.

+Added a cauldron next to the potion seller in Waystane, the starter town.
+Added way more trees throughout, left some plains but I wanted to fill in some forests more.
+Added a blacksmith & walls to Steepport. Felt this makes sense as there are monsters prowling the nearby beaches, and the soliders must need to repair their equipment somewhere.

+Reworked Weystane adding a home for the blacksmith, a church, and a few other things to make the town feel a bit more alive. Also decorated most interiors.
+Added a lighthouse to Steepport
