THIS SIMPLY FIXES A BUG WHERE ACHIEVEMENTS YOU GET, YOU GET THEM INSTANTLY INSTEAD OF CLOSING THE GAME TO GET THEM.

What does it do??

This will let you get the achievements right away instead of getting them only when closing the game. Count this as a bug fix if you'd like. ;)
