First off, I feel the amount of neutral Bs you can have out at once is a little unhealthy. They're very good at stage control, and either forcing a jump, which Miriam's good reach can catch, or by going above their heads, it can force a grounded response, which can be beaten by Side-B, Neutral-B, or a parry, depending on your read.
On that note, I feel Up-Smash and F-Tilt deserve some changes. There's not much utility in either slot as of right now unfortunately, and giving her either a safer neutral poke, something better to kill when anti-airing, or a new combo tool could help her out a lot. Eager to see how the character develops!
