Description
This file adds one of Europe's oldest football tournaments to your game - the Baltic Cup.

This follows the format used in 2022 - a four-team knockout competition with Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania plus one guest team.

There is no host but all games should take place in the Baltic states. The competition repeats every two years in the summer.
